Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Qubuu.my. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This is estimated delivery time for your parcel.
- West Malaysia (Semenanjung) : 3 – 5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) : 5 – 10 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages
Qubuu.my is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
However, if there is an issue with the product itself (not due to shipping), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
